US Sales and Shipping Only

Unfortunately due to shipping rates and delays, packaging requirements, and/or VAT requirements, we currently only sell to and ship to the United States. We will update our policy if we open sales to international destinations.

Returns and Refunds

To return a product for refund, please email us at contact@girlnovembercrafts.com within 15 days of the item arriving at the delivery address. If more than 15 days have passed since delivery of your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition received. Items must also be in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Items Not Eligible For Return or Refunds: Special, Clearance, or Misfit physical items, Digital downloads, Digital Products, Patterns, or Gift Cards.

Once a return item is received and inspected, we’ll send an email to confirm we’ve received the return, and notify the status of a refund.

If the refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 15 business days. 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. If an exchange is required, please send us an email at contact@girlnovembercrafts.com for instructions.

Current Production Turnaround Time

Most of our listings are made to order, and require time to hand knit or weave the item with care. We want you to love your purchase!

We send orders as soon as they’re crafted and laundered. Items marked ready to ship will ship sooner than made to order items.

Shipping – USPS First Class

Shipping Times: USPS First Class- 3-8 Business Days

We ship using USPS First Class mail, which generally arrives 3-8 business days after leaving the post office. Tracking is included in your purchase.

Why Acrylic Yarn for Hats and Scarves?

Acrylic yarn is durable, and it’s machine washable and dryable, which makes it a great option to use for wearables and toys that might need to be laundered more frequently.

Acrylic yarn is also usually a great alternative for those that have allergies to wool or animal fibers.

We want everyone to be able to have warm, comfy clothing and accessories, and acrylic yarn helps make that possible.

Washing Instructions

For all knitted items made of Acrylic or Cotton Yarns:

* Wash: Machine wash cold or hand wash.
* Dry: Tumble dry low or lay flat.

For specialty yarns, and woven items, separate laundry instructions will be provided.
